"I have been with Eric Lusby for several years now and all this time he has NEVER came out of his glass office to even say hi. He is the worst insurance agent that I have EVER had. He NEVER handles anything so he has his office staff do all his work for him. They are always raising their rates with no warning. Think smart and find a different agent!!!"

You always have access to me personally through appointments or feel free to stop by the office and I'd love to meet with you if I'm not meeting with someone or on the phone. We take these reviews seriously and don't want you to feel like you are not able to work with me or any of our team members. We work really hard to provide exceptional customer service. As you know we have no control over rates and I apologize for the increases. Again, please call the office and set up a time to meet so you feel comfortable with the service and we can make sure your questions are answered and coverages are set up correctly. "

"I have been using Eric Lusby for nearly 20 years. I was rear ended at a stop light and have had zero support or help. I have been told by 3 insurance reps to call and file a claim with the other parties insurance. I thought that’s is why I paid Statefarm. This has been the worst part of my car accident."

"Our vehicle broke down in our driveway. We were about to pay $75.00 for a three block tow. It was my wife who remembered that we had 24 hour road side service with our State Farm policy. I call and told them what had happened. They got me a tow immediately and at no charge. Their service was fast and easy and I was back on the road within a couple of days. Thank you State Farm for your quick and friendly staff and service."

"We needed a renter’s policy for our son, worked with Jess to make that happen. Jess didn’t just give us a quote but rather talked through the various coverages and premiums so we could select what worked for us. She took our payment over the phone and immediately mailed out the proof of coverage. Jess was fantastic to work with, highly recommend!!"

"Horrible customer relations. Can't even waive a $20 fee (for a 4-year customer) that they caused by typing in the wrong address and causing the bank to flag it as fraud. Can't imagine what kind of help they would be if there is an actual accident. Every person I talked to was unprofessional toward the end over $20. Apparently State Farm is so hard up for money that they can't accept their own mistakes and waive $20."

"I had been with American Family since I started driving over 30 years ago. Out of nowhere they raised my rates astronomically and blamed the statewide insurance increase, yet would not provide me with a breakdown of what they were charging me or offer to negotiate with me after being a customer for so long. So...I said "so long." Someone recommended Eric Lusby and I'm so glad I they did because he was able to save me so much money! Was also super appreciative of the friendly staff that helped me get everything set up. :)"
